Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from femaledressesshop.com. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account at femaledressesshop.com and go to “My Orders”.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including tags.
  4. Attach the prepaid returns label (if applicable) and send your parcel back to us.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Sale items and discounted purchases are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order at femaledressesshop.com.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately via the help center at femaledressesshop.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie & swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Pierced earrings
  • Face masks
